These terms explain what this website does and how an enquiry may become an order. We want the details of each handmade piece to be clear before you decide.
About this website
nesuumi uses this website to show examples of crochet flowers, gifts, accessories, and custom work. The images and pieces shown are illustrative previews. They are not a promise that a particular item, color, or quantity is currently available.
You may browse the site and contact us about a piece. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or copy its images and text for commercial use without permission.
Enquiries and orders
Submitting the custom-order form opens a prepared WhatsApp message. At checkout, you can choose Buy via WhatsApp or Email order to prepare the same itemized request in WhatsApp or your configured email app, addressed to [email protected]. You review and send it yourself. Checkout shows a detailed summary of your customer details, selected products, quantities, unit prices, line totals, and item total. You can also copy the full request. The summary and shared text include an inquiry reference and time to help identify the draft. That reference does not create an order record with us or prove payment. The optional customer email is contact information. Email order creates a draft with the order reference in its subject and the complete request in its body; it does not send it automatically. For long requests, copy the full summary and paste it into an email.
This is an order request, not a paid receipt. It does not automatically send the message, reserve a product, or create a confirmed order. Asking about a piece also starts a conversation only. If we can make or provide the piece, we will discuss the design and order details with you directly. An order is agreed only when both sides confirm the final details through that conversation.
Prices, colors, and custom work
Some pieces show a fixed price in Indian rupees (INR) and can be added to the cart. Other pieces are priced on request and can be discussed through an enquiry. Cart totals cover the selected items only; shipping and any extra charges are confirmed with the shop before payment. Checkout refreshes the published collection before confirmation so you can review current prices and availability changes.
The final payable amount, materials, colors, size, availability, and expected making time must be confirmed for the particular piece. Handmade items can have small variations from the illustrative images. For a custom request, please check the written description of the agreed piece before confirming the order. A date entered in the enquiry form tells us when you need it; it does not guarantee delivery by that date.
Payment, delivery, and issues
This website does not collect payments or payment card details. Any payment method, shipping charge, delivery estimate, and order-specific cancellation or return terms should be confirmed with us in writing before you pay.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from what was agreed, contact us promptly through WhatsApp or email so we can review the issue. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Website content and other services
We work to keep information on this website accurate, but the sample collection may change. WhatsApp and your email app or provider are separate services; their availability and policies are outside this website.
We may update the website and these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last changed.
